White on White

This was painted from life the morning after the last piece I entered after the snowfall that had occurred the night before. I awoke at my favorite spot in the world
The Twin Lakes INN, Im fortunate enough to get to stay there by myself sometimes and feel like I have the whole town to myself in winter. This was a house down from the Inn that
was completely snowed in and like most artists I cant resist a good opportunity to paint subtle white on white scenes of soft values and color temperature shifts.
