Brown County Spring is oil on linen panel started en plein air. Brown County, Indiana is one of my favorite places to go in springtime with all of the flowering Red Buds, Dogwoods and miniature mountains. I was fasinated by the atmospheric persective created by the late morning sunrise over the valley.
