Serenity Pool is an 11 x 14" oil on canvas board done en plein air. The location of the session was Austin Botanical Gardens in Zilker Park, Austin, Texas done under a bright clear sky. The constantly changing light through the surrounding trees was challenging, but enhanced the scene.
